We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Gift cards are currently only available for purchase from our physical store. These gift cards can be redeemed in store only. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Where Click and Collect is available, you can pick up your order from our physical store, Little Ducklings, during opening hours which are 0900-1600 Tuesday to Saturday. This service is free. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. If you require an urgent collection, please notify us and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Once processed, (please allow 2-3 business days) your order will be shipped via Royal Mail, 2nd Class.

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. If a textile product carries the OEKO-Tex standard 100 label it means it has had every component tested, i.e. all material, thread, buttons, zips etc for harmful substances and has been confirmed safe to human health.

GOTS stands for the Global Organic Textile Standard. GOTS set strict requirements regarding ecological and socially responsible manufacturing of organic textile garments through from harvesting raw materials to labelling items. The certification bodies carry out regular, strict audits on all parties throughout the supply chain to ensure the GOTS social and environmental standards set are being met.
